Copies may be ordered direct from the author, autographed if you like, at listed cover price plus $4.00 shipping; and cover price plus $2.50 for multiple copies or multiple titles in the same shipment.

Author-direct copies will be mailed within the U.S. at USPO media rate, in padded envelope, unless other arrangements are specified by the purchaser.
